St. Lucia- Lunch with Les Pitons

I had the opportunity to have lunch with this view of St. Lucia’s iconic Les Pitons recently during my first work-related trip for 2019. I stopped here at the Beacon Restaurant while making my way down south towards the airport. The lunch was nothing to write home about to be honest, but the view was spectacular and made the stop well worth it!

This was actually my third time in St. Lucia, but I had never taken this road before. To be honest, I may not take it again; this is route is noticeably longer and more difficult than the one I usually take. However I had to see Les Pitons. Check!
